Tactics for keeping Quality threads bumped:
With only 2 men, a thread can be kept bumped. 1 makes it, the other one is the bumper. In a more expansive fashion, it can be applied to a certain number of boards, or of websites, or of threads, where a team of 2 or more, has bakers and bumpers, with the gross of the workload being of the repetitive work of the bumper, and rebaking, occasionally. That can be organized with each one of all the workers/raiders/communally organized anons, creating a thread or more, and keeping simultaneously each other thread's bumped. LOOOL

Comms prior to phoning can be made through safe channels. Thing is, I dont know of safe-phones, or if there is any risk at all for bumping a board. I dont now though, we arent much anonymous in here anyway.
